Melderberry Sweets

Hello! I am Melanie, the owner of Melderberry Sweets LLC, located in Manalapan, NJ.  I am a wife and mom of two (Mia & Christopher) .  I started Melderberry in the fall of 2018 by making my homemade Elderberry Syrup and making all my friends  and family try it through the winter time.  I put in a lot of time, research, and trial and error to get my syrup perfect!  I started making this syrup because my daughter was always getting these horrific coughs and colds.  After constant Dr visits, meds, inhalers, you name it, I decided I wanted to try to go the holistic route.  My research began and the out come was Melderberry Elderberry Syrup.  And guess what... no more meds and no other junk has been pumped into my daughter since!!!  I have helped many people fight off those colds, flu, and helped build up immune systems.

When 2020 hit our world had changed, Covid-19 trapped us.  During that time my elderberry syrup was flying out the door everyday!  I wanted to try something new so I decided to make those hot cocoa bombs I saw everyone on the internet making.  So I gave it a whirl and posted a picture on Facebook and I started getting inquiries about them asking to buy, so I said why not!?!  After the cocoa bombs was the marshamallows, rice krispy treats, smashers, cake pops, etc.... Melderberry Sweets was born!  I love what I do and to be challenged with new designs and orders!  Making people happy is my thing.
